Droitwich Spring Salted Chocolate Truffles capture a touch of the famous Droitwich Spa ancient spring salt in a creamy milk chocolate truffle. The ancient underground brine springs give rise to the purest and most mineral-rich salt.
Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. Along with her assistant chocolatier Jenny, they happily spend many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.
The chocolate is sourced sustainably, with Cocoa Horizons. This is an impact-driven program, focused on cocoa farmer prosperity and helping build self-sustaining farming communities that protect nature and children.
