Absolutely! We also have a range of plants on the website for collection or delivery, as well as our Persephone Blooms. Alongside these we also have a range of gift cards, cutting garden scent candles, vases and containers and the most exquisite chocolates made in the UK by the hugely talented Davenports Chocolatiers.

We need the recipients full name and address as well as contact number if this is possible. A card message, an approximate budget (if ordering on the phone) and preferred date for delivery.

Yes! We love being creative and relish a challenge to design something bespoke. Get in touch with our florist team and we will be happy to help. We can also take requests for specific botanicals, as long as they are seasonal and we have some notice to source them.

We deliver ourselves within a 12mile radius approx. from our Malmesbury shop in all directions. If we do not deliver ourselves, we will still accept the order and will have this delivered via our third party fragile freight couriers with a next day delivery service. Our courier service is available Tuesday to Friday and the order must be received the day before delivery prior to 11.30am.

PayPal is a very secure method of payment which is why we have chosen this for our website. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to process your order payment with them and instead can just use it as a guest to input your payment information and finalise your order with Persephone Violet. We also offer Stripe on our website now which is often the preferred method of payment over Paypal. Apple Pay, Google Pay are also options now for speedy check out – just make sure that the the address fields are right and you don’t end up sending flowers to yourself (unless this is intentional of course!).

We would be delighted to include a vase with your bouquet. You can choose from our range of vases online. All are suitable for bouquets of any size. This also removes the need for excessive packaging making this an eco friendly option. We would be delighted to refill this vase with beautiful blooms time after time!

We will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour, where possible, if the recipient isn’t home. If we cannot find a neighbour to take them, we will leave the flowers in a safe place (weather and location permitting). If we do not feel that there is safe to leave them, we will return them to the shop and try to redeliver once more. After this the recipient will need to collect their flowers from our Malmesbury shop. Regardless which option we choose when the recipient isn’t home a card is always left for them to contact us and to let them know what has happened with their delivery.
