Ordering Sympathy Flowers Online
To purchase floral arrangements from us you can either contact us direct or shop online from our range of carefully designed sympathy flowers.
We use floriography (the meaning of flowers) to help you share a message with your choice of funeral or condolence flowers, even helping with the right words for a card if you need some help.

Where should the tribute be delivered?
Funeral director
We recommend that all floral tributes are delivered to the funeral director. If you do not know who the funeral director is we can usually find this information out for you. Delivering to the funeral director allows all the flowers to go together to the service or home address along with the coffin. We deliver 2-3 hours before the service takes place and will liaise with the funeral director on your behalf to ensure a timely delivery.
Church/place of worship or crematorium
We discourage sending the flowers directly to the church, crematorium or place of worship. There is not always someone on had to take the flowers and with often many services taking place they can be missed, lost or sent to the wrong service.
Residential address
If your tribute needs to be sent to a residential address it is important to ensure that there will be someone there to be able to receive it. It is common for the funeral procession to leave from a home address and therefore flowers are sent to be displayed for the family prior to leaving with the hearse. If this is the case let us know what date to deliver on and by what time and we will do the rest.
What shall I write on the card?
There are so many things you can say on a funeral or sympathy card. It can be difficult to find the right words at such a tricky time. We have given some examples below for you to use or expand on:

When should I order by?
It is advised to order as soon as possible so that we are able to accommodate any special requirements or flower choices. 48 hours notice for florist choice is advised and longer for any specialised tributes or requirements.
I would like a specific shape of tribute can you help?
Absolutely – we are capable of creating lots of shapes, characters, animals and football memorabilia. We have made owls, dachshunds, RAF logos, book covers, hearts, paw prints and many other specialised tributes.
The funeral isn’t local can I order a tribute and take it with me?
Of course – we cannot deliver funeral tributes if outside of our delivery area but we can make designs for you to take with you.
A colour or flower is particularly important can we include this?
We will do our very best to include any flower that has special significance. Advance ordering is advised to allow us time to source the items needed. We will always work to the colours of the customer’s choice if there is a preference.
Can I specify when the flowers are to be delivered?
We do ask for a time to deliver farewell flowers by. Normally this is 2 hours before the ceremony. If you need a specific delivery time, please do just let us know and we will be as accommodating as possible.
